Our Torres AI CI Cyber Team delivers fully functional and operational CIUs with fully trained Cyber Forensics Analysts within 60 days of the start date.  The 60-day delivery timeframe applies to all Torres AI CI Cyber Solution Programs including:

• The Cyber Investigative Unit – Law Enforcement
• The Cyber Investigative Unit – Intelligence and Defense
• The Cyber Investigative Unit – Threat Countermeasures
• The Student Cyber Monitoring Unit (SCMU)

Out team implements the CIU based on the customer needs and requirements and their types of operations, such as Intelligence, Investigative, Offensive and/or Defensive Cyber Operations, Threat and Fake News Countermeasures, Student Crime and Safety Monitoring, etc.   We work closely with the customer to refine these requirements to ensure that the CIU is successful in delivering accurate and well-analyzed investigative, evidentiary and intelligence data and information to the front-line units and personnel responsible for public safety and national defense.

The following provides the services, skills and work products the Torres AI CI team delivers to create your fully operational “Turnkey” CIU within 60 Days:

• Delivery, Installation and Configuration of all Cyber Hardware and Computing Equipment, and Cyber Software and Subsystems,
• Work with Customer to Determine Quantity of Personnel to be Trained as Cyber Forensics Analysts and to Operate within the CIU – Normally up to Ten (10) per Class,
• Work with the Customer to Select the Right Personnel to be trained and become Cyber Forensics Analysts,
• Train Customer Personnel to become Cyber Forensics Analysts via Formal Classroom Training, Case Studies, and Hands-on Practice in the range of Cyber and Digital Forensics and the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Cyber operations,
• Conduct Continuous Training, Coaching and Mentoring on Actual Cases and Operations,
• Work Side-by-Side Customer Cyber Forensics Analysts until they Achieve Expertise and Success in Cases, Missions, and Operations,
• Develop the Organizational Structure of the CIU and Working Relationships with Investigators and Intelligence Units and Personnel,
• Work with the Customer to Develop CIU Duty Shifts, for example: One (1), Two (2) or Three (3) Eight (8)-Hour Shifts per Day; One (1) or Two (2) Twelve (12)-Hour Shifts per Day; etc.,
• Specify the Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities of the CIU Management, Leadership and Cyber Forensics Analyst Personnel,
• Work with the Customer to Develop the Service Requirements of the CIU to Investigative and Intelligence Units and Personnel,
• Work with the Customer to Develop the CIU Polices, Processes, Procedures, and Standards of Performance,
• Work with the Customer to Develop Information and Data Classifications such as Confidential, Secret and Top Secret to Protect Investigative and Intelligence Data and Information,
• Work with the Customer to Develop Pay, Promotion, and Advancement Structures for CIU Managers, Supervisors and Analysts,
• Specify the Size, Configuration and Location of the CIU Facilities for Customer Provided Facilities,
• Specify the Speed, Bandwidth and Reliability of Customer Provided Internet Access and Service,
• Configure the CIU Facility with Cyber Hardware, Software, Network and Workstations.

Torres AI CI Training – Accredited AI and Cyber Training Institute

Torres AI CI is an accredited AI and Cyber Training Institute in multiple Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Systems, Technologies, Techniques and Methods.  Upon successful completion of AI and Cyber training, our Instructors will present AI and Cyber Investigative, Intelligence and Countermeasure students with certifications registered with the Accrediting Organization.

As the author of several AI and Cyber Systems, Technologies, Techniques and Methods, Torres AI CI is the Accrediting Organization for its own AI and Cyber training courses.   As such Torres AI CI will deliver training and award accreditations to Law Enforcement, Justice, Defense, Intelligence, National Security and Educational agencies and institutions to conduct their own internal training and present certifications to their own students.
