This pure AI and Cyber Forensics professional innovated the creation and implementation of Cyber Investigation Units, Cyber Intelligence Units and Cyber Counter-Threat Units for US and partner nations on two continents. He created and developed the first automated AI systems that can detect potential crimes and criminal operations before they happen.

Mario is a Senior AI and Cyber Intelligence Instructor that trained, coached and mentored US and partner nation Law Enforcement, Justice, Armed Forces and Intelligence Agencies in Cyber Intelligence, Investigation and Counter-Threat systems and operations. He also designed and led in the implementation of AI Cyber Investigation Units (CIUs) from scratch that are today defeating Criminal Cartels, Drug Traffickers, Human Traffickers, Organized Gangs, Terrorists, Corruption and Cop Killers around the world. He was also an AI and Cyber Security Advisor to the President of a Democratic Nation in West Africa. RICK ORTH, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AND FACILITY SECURITY OFFICER

This former wartime Tank Commander and Combat Veteran with nearly 30 years of US Army service is one of the leaders of the original  team that innovated and created the Cyber Investigation and Intelligence Unit concept then led in bringing it to fruition with multiple successful implementations for Partner Nation Law Enforcement, Justice, Armed Forces and Intelligence agencies. He also managed numerous Cyber Training and Operations programs that over the past five years continue to defeat Criminal Cartels, Drug Traffickers, Human

Traffickers, Organized Gangs, Terrorists and Transnational Felons on five continents.

Rick also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Program Manager responsible for the security and protection of over 40 US Embassies, Consulates and Forward Operating Bases and nearly 40 US Military Bases, Joint Security Stations, Forward Operating Bases, Combat Outposts and Airfields in Africa, Southern Asia, Central and South America, Europe and the Middle East.   According to the US Department of War (formerly Defense) and the US Department of State, his management and leadership was flawless. 

In addition to wartime service as a Tank Commander, Rick also served as a Defense Attache Officer and Intelligence Officer at US Embassies in Africa and the Middle East.  He is an Advisor to Partner Nation Presidents and a Professor at the Citadel University.

Najiba Waziri, Vice President of Finance and Administration

This tri-lingual wartime intelligence professional served with the US Armed Forces, including Special Forces, under hazardous combat conditions and with National Security Agency (NSA). During her intelligence career, she served the United States and coalition forces as an Intelligence Analyst in Tactical (TACINTEL), Human (HUMINT), Signal (SIGINT) and Fusion Intelligence operations on three continents. She took these skills into law enforcement to help build the first-ever Cyber Investigation Unit (CIU) for a National Police in West Africa. Najiba is also a former Background Investigation Coordinator for the US Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) in the Middle East and Southern Asia, and an Anti-Threat Analyst for a US Department of Justice prisoner program at Federal Prisons throughout the United States

Najiba is a Torres AI CI Instructor in the full range of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cyber Methods, Tactics and Technologies for Law Enforcement, Justice, Military and Intelligence applications. She is a former Senior Executive for a Global Cyber Intelligence, Investigation and Security firm and managed security operations for US Military Bases and US Embassies on five continents.
Najiba served with Radio America as a wartime correspondent to help document the tragedies of the Russian attack against innocent civilians in Ukraine. She helped to rescue hundreds of refugees of war and dictatorships and created awareness to these disasters to build support and acquire the basics for their survival.
