Our AI Team also leads enterprises to define the roles of the Chief AI Officer, AI Directorates and AI Teams to continuously identify, test, examine and evaluate new and emerging AI solutions then to create detailed AI-related business policies, processes, procedures, and standards of performance. - Leads the enterprise to understand the benefits and limitations of AI technologies and solutions.
- Guides the enterprise to determine which AI technologies and solutions best fit its mission and business culture.
- Leads the enterprise to integrate AI technologies and solutions into its business operations including the definition of AI-related business policies, processes, procedures, and standards of performance.
- Leads in the creation of the enterprise’s Chief AI Officer, AI Directorates and AI Teams, and in the definition of their missions and specific roles and responsibilities.
- Guides the enterprise to continuously identify, test, examine and evaluate new and emerging AI technologies and solutions and to create AI-related business policies, processes, procedures, and standards of performance.
- Trains the enterprise to identify, evaluate and use AI solutions and technologies regardless of business space.
A critical component of our methodological approach is to thoroughly evaluate AI solutions within test environments that replicate actual enterprise business processes. As we evaluate, we make adjustments to the AI solution, the business processes or both to achieve the desired results. We then implement the solution within a Pilot Program environment to further evaluate its value and we make any additional adjustments needed to ensure the AI gives genuine benefit and that the AI solution is a complete fit. Once proven, the AI solution is rolled out to the targeted business activities within the enterprise with continuous training, coaching, and mentoring along the way – in a step-by-step methodological approach of course.
